The options in the left-hand menu of the Person screen provide functionality to manage and create new contacts from a Person.
The following options are outlined in the table below:
Option | Description |
This enables the Person to be duplicated and saved as a separate Person at another Location. | |
This enables the Person to be moved to a different Location in the Address Book. Users require certain permission to use this functionality. | |
This enables two People at any Location in the Address Book to be merged into one Person. Users require certain permission to use this functionality. | |
Generate Applicant | This enables a new Applicant/Inventor/Licensee contact to be created from the Person’s details.
