This article explains how to configure the PTO integration settings in Equinox.

To do this:

  1. Go to System > System Preferences

  2. Click the PTO integrations tab in the toolbar 

  3. Equinox will show you a list of fields and settings for comparison.

    Note: Equinox will default to the 'Suggest Comparisons' field.

   This is what selecting each option from the dropdown menu means for your Equinox system:

  • Suggest Comparisons - If a difference is found between a case in your system and in a PTO register, Equinox will show you a comparison of the differences for you to then manually update as needed

  • Automatically update - If a difference is found between a case in your system and in a PTO register, Equinox will automatically update your system to match the PTO register entry

  • Disabled - Equinox will not run checks against PTO records for this field


Please note! Updates via the PTO integration will overwrite your data and cannot be reversed unless edited manually.
