Pre-sets task lists are pre-configured tasks with pre-defined deadlines that have been saved in your system. 

The term ‘Pre-set Task List’ is shortened to ‘Pre-set’ in some areas of Equinox.

Adding a pre-set to a case lets you:

• Quickly create multiple tasks 
• See what actions and reminders are related to the case 
• Keep on top of deadlines.
