When viewing tasks on the Master Tasks of Tasks tab of a case, icons are displayed on the right of the task list to indicate if documents or correspondence are linked to the task.
Icon | Description |
| This indicates that there is a Standard Template attached to the task as an Associated Letter. |
| This indicates that a Smart Template is attached to the task. This means the task is related to Outgoing Correspondence. |
| This indicates the number of Documents that are linked to the task. Click on the icon to view/download the Document. |
| This indicates the task is a child task. |
| On child tasks this indicates the number of days until the parent task is due. |
