Users with the relevant system permissions can delete tasks to remove them completely from the system.


This should only be used if a task has been created in error. If a task has been completed it should be marked as ‘Done’ rather than deleted.


 To delete a task:

  1. Click on the task name
  2. Click the red ‘Delete’ button
  3. Tick the box to confirm and click ‘Delete’

The task will be deleted from the system immediately. This action cannot be reversed.
