Pre-set task lists are configured and saved in System > Pre-set Tasks.
This screen will list all the pre-sets currently stored in your system.
Use the filters across the top of each column to find pre-sets that are relevant for particular cases. The following columns are displayed:
Column Name | Description |
Title | This is the name of the pre-set that is displayed on cases to indicate what tasks the pre-set contains. Click the ‘+’ symbol on the left of the Title to view the full list of tasks included within the pre-set, as well as information on how the deadline is calculated and how important the task is. |
Tasks | This indicates the number of tasks contained in the pre-set list. |
Base Date | This date triggers users to add the pre-set task list to a case. Please see Pre-set Base Dates for more information on how Base Dates are used. |
Category/Sub-category | This displays which type of cases the pre-set task list is relevant to. |
Country | This displays which country the pre-set task is relevant to. |
- Click Filte’ in the top right to apply a search for certain pre-sets.
- Click Clear Filter to remove your search.
- Click Expand All/Collapse All to view/hide the full list of all tasks within each pre-set within your system.
