When you are viewing a case the left hand menu will contain short cuts and options to various other screens and case management tools.
Each case tab has some custom options that are outlined in other articles. The following options are available on all tabs of a case.
| Tools | Description |
| Blank Letter | This enables users to generate a blank letter with the contact's address information. |
| Timer | The Timer can be used to log the time spent working on a case. |
| Linked Case | This option enables users to link cases so that there is a short cut to view a related case. |
| Family Members | This option lists all cases within the case Family, providing short cuts to view these cases. |
