The Summary tab provides an overview of the case information and updates.
To view the Summary tab:
- Click on a case code in Equinox
- Click the Summary tab
Summary
This part of the summary displays an overview of the case information and work. This information is automatically updated when any changes are made to the case.
The summary field shows this information:

The transaction log provides an audit of any updates to the case Details.
The audit includes the following information:
Field Name | Field Description |
Date | When the change was made |
Field | What information was updated |
Before | What was recorded before |
After | What new information was saved |
Modified By | Which user updated the information |
Note: This audit does not include information about updates to tasks or case contacts.
