This section outlines how users can update the file that is uploaded to an existing document within Equinox.

  1. Open the case the document is saved on
  2. Go to the Documents tab
  3. Click on the Document name
  4. Click the ‘Update File’ link
  5. Click ‘Choose file’ and select the new file to upload to Equinox
  6. Click ‘Update’ to upload the new file

Document Versions


When a new file is uploaded to an existing document, the previous file will be saved as an older version of the document that can be accessed from the ‘Versions’ section. 


Users can download a previous version of the document by:

  1. Clicking on the ‘Versions’ section
  2. Clicking ‘Download’ next to the version they want to view.
