The steps below outline how to check in a document that you have checked out:

  1. Open the case the document is saved to
  2. Go to the Documents tab
  3. Select on the document you have checked out
  4. Update any document details/Click the ‘Update file’ link to upload the new file
  5. Click the ‘Check-In’ button



Note: If another user has manually checked the document back in whilst you’ve been working on the document, the ‘Check-In’ option will not be available. You can view the document History at the bottom of the screen to see which user has checked the document back in.
