The steps below outline how to check in a document that you have checked out:
- Open the case the document is saved to
- Go to the Documents tab
- Select on the document you have checked out
- Update any document details/Click the ‘Update file’ link to upload the new file
- Click the ‘Check-In’ button
Note: If another user has manually checked the document back in whilst you’ve been working on the document, the ‘Check-In’ option will not be available. You can view the document History at the bottom of the screen to see which user has checked the document back in.
