This articles outlines how to edit or update an individual charge in Equinox. e.g. in the instance that the amount or description has been added incorrectly and needs to be amended.
- Go to the Charges tab of the case
- Click on the ‘Description’ of the charge you would like to edit
- Amend the field that needs to be changed
- ‘Update’ to save the change OR Click ‘Cancel’ to go back without saving
The Amount of a charge cannot be amended once the charge has been invoiced.
Note: If the Charge Approvals module is enabled you cannot update a charge once it is marked as Approve for billing.
