This option lets users with the relevant permissions delete tasks in bulk. A screenshot of the Multiple Delete option in the left-hand menu. A red arrow points to the red 'Delete' button in the top right of the screen. 

To delete multiple tasks:

  1. Go to the Tasks tab of a case OR go to the All Tasks screen

  2. Click ‘Multiple Delete’

  3. Select the tasks to delete using the tick box next to each task (click the tick box at the top to select all)

  4. Click ‘Delete’ at the top of the task list

  5. On the summary, screen click ‘Cancel’ to abort or click ‘Confirm’ to delete the tasks. 
    Note: This action is non-reversible. 

  6. You'll be returned to the screen you were previously on. 


    Note: You cannot use the left-hand options to update Fatal tasks from the All Tasks screen; however, you can use the left-hand options     to update Fatal tasks from the Tasks tab of a case.
