This article outlines how to view which Charge Discounts are applied to a particular charge on a case.
Once the charge has been created, the discount that has been applied will be visible when viewing the charge details.
- Open a case and go to the ‘Charges’ tab
- Click on the charge description
- The ‘Discount Details’ are displayed on the right
The final charge amount is visible on the Charges tab of the case, along with a Discount column to show the amount that has been discounted.
Note: If the Discount column is not visible in your Equinox account, please contact our Support team who can add this for you.
