The Address Book is used to store the details of organisations and individuals that are official entities or correspondence contacts on your cases.
To access the Address Book click on the ‘Address Book’ tab in the navigation bar across the top of the screen.
The following sections are available within the Address Book.

Whilst these addresses can be used for correspondence this section is designed to store the contact details found on official registers. e.g. Statutory Contact details. | |
Generate CSV, Excel and PDF files with your contacts’ details for mailing campaigns. | |
Link organisations within your Address Book into groups to create a contact hierarchy. | |
Configure which associates should be suggested as contacts on particular cases by case country and client. |
