This section outlines how contact information is structured in each section of the Address Book.
Client, Associate and Other Side Contacts
There are three levels to store information about these types of contacts.
Individuals within the Address Book are also created in these three levels as they may have an Office address and a Home address that needs to be added as separate Locations.
Note: It is possible for a Person contact to be linked to more than one Location.
Applicant, Inventors and Licensees
These contacts can be added as Organisations or Individuals. One address is stored for each contact to reflect the address recorded on the official register. These contacts can be linked to Client/Associate organisations as Statutory Contacts.
Note: Inventors, applicants, and licensees can be linked to more than one client/foreign associate/other side associate contact.
