Organisation Groups are designed to link together different Organisations in your Address Book that are related to each other or part of a larger, umbrella organisation.
This allow users to construct a hierarchy of Organisations, Location and People.
To access the Organisation Groups option go to the Address Book > Click on Organisation Groups.
Create an Organisation Group
- Click ‘Create Group’ on the right of the screen and record:
Name: This is the internal name of the Organisation Group.
Parent Group Name: This is the official name of the umbrella Organisation. - Click ‘Update’ to save the group
Assign an Organisation to a Group
- Go to the Address Book
- Find and click on the Name of the Organisation
- In the Organisation Details select the ‘Organisation Group’
- Click ‘Update’ to save
