Organisation Groups are designed to link together different Organisations in your Address Book that are related to each other or part of a larger, umbrella organisation.


This allow users to construct a hierarchy of Organisations, Location and People.


To access the Organisation Groups option go to the Address Book > Click on Organisation Groups.


Create an Organisation Group

  1. Click ‘Create Group’ on the right of the screen and record:
    Name: This is the internal name of the Organisation Group.
    Parent Group Name: This is the official name of the umbrella Organisation.
  2. Click ‘Update’ to save the group

Assign an Organisation to a Group

  1. Go to the Address Book
  2. Find and click on the Name of the Organisation
  3. In the Organisation Details select the ‘Organisation Group’
  4. Click ‘Update’ to save
