The Client, Associate and Other Side Contacts menu lists all the Organisations, Locations and People currently added within this section your Address Book.
It is possible to add new contacts by clicking the ‘Add Contact’ button in the top left of the page.
Search Options
Contact Overview Table
The following columns of information display an overview of existing contacts in the Address Book.
Column | Description |
Organisation | The name of the overall Organisation. |
Location | The name of any offices or Locations within an Organisation.
If an Organisation has more than one Location, the Locations will be displayed on separate rows. |
Person | The name of any individuals within each Location.
If a Location has more than one Person, the People will be displayed on separate rows.
This column can be hidden using the Display Options at the top of the Overview Table. |
Category | This indicates the category of the Organisation. It possible for an Organisation to fall into more than one category. E.g. Client and Foreign Associate. |
Primary Type | This indicates the ‘Primary Type’ assigned to the Organisation. |
Country | This indicates the country of each Location within the Organisation. |
Search Filters
The fields and drop down lists across the top of each column can be used to filter the contacts that are displayed.
Click ‘Filter’ to return any contacts that match the information. Click ‘Clear Filter’ to display all contacts again.
Display Options
The ‘Items per page’ drop down enables users to select the maximum number of results displayed per page. Click ‘Next’ at the bottom of the page to view any contacts on subsequent pages.
Use the ‘People Column’ drop down at the top of the contact table to ‘Hide People’ to remove this column from the table or ‘Show People’ to make this column visible.
Left Hand Menu
The options in the left hand menu are outlined in the table below:
Option | Description |
Export to Reports | This option enables users to download the table of Client, Associate and Other Side contacts in PDF, Excel or CSV format.

Export to Sage Addresses | This option enables users to download the Client, Associate and Other Side address details in a CSV to import to Sage |
