This article outlines the information fields and settings that are available for Client/Associate/Otherside Organisation. 

To view the Details of an Organisation:

  1. Go to the Address Book
  2. Search and click on the Organisation name


There are various tabs of information that can be used to customise the settings for an Organisation.

Details

This is the main tab of an Organisation and stores the name, address locations, people and statutory contacts.

Comments

Add quick notes and updates about the Organisation.

Finance Settings

Configure the Location billing currency, invoice template, and custom payment terms.

Preferences

Configure correspondence and case preferences for the Organisation.

Instructions

Set up pre-set overrides to customise tasks created on cases for this Organisation.

Discounts

Add discount rules to be applied to any charges added to cases for this Organisation.

Correspondence

Set up which People are enabled for correspondence on cases where this Organisation is the Client.

History

View an audit of any changes that have been made to the Organisation Details tab.
