When viewing the Details tab of an Organisation, there are various options in the left hand menu.
Option | Description |
This option enables two Organisations in the Address Book to be merged into one entity. Users require certain permissions to be able to use this tool. | |
This is available for any Client Organisations and allows users to view some statistics about the case types and charges. | |
This is available for any Client Organisations to create a new case for the client. |
