The options in the left hand menu of these contacts provide short cuts to duplicate and copy the contact details to other areas of the Address Book or merge them.
The following options are available:

This option enables users to merge an applicant, inventor or licensee with another contact in this section of the Address Book. This functionality should be used to remove duplicate contacts. | |
