To delete an Organisation, users would first need to complete the following:


1. Delete or reassign all people at every Location within the Organisation


2. Delete or reassign all the Locations within the Organisation



3. Update any cases where the Organisation is the Client, Associate or other contact



Once the People and Locations have been deleted and any case contacts have been updated, you can delete the Organisation:

  1. Go to the Address Book
  2. Search and click on the name of the Organisation
  3. Click ‘Delete’ beneath the Organisation Details
    Note: If any People, Locations or cases are still linked to this Organisation users will see a warning that indicates what information still needs to be updated or removed before the Organisation can be deleted.
  4. On the Summary screen tick the box to confirm the Organisation should be deleted
  5. Click ‘Delete’ to confirm or click ‘Cancel’ to go back


This action is non-reversible.
