This article provides an overview of the Equinox Reports Menu.

Finding the Reports Menu
To access Reports in Equinox, go to the Reports tab in the top navigation bar.
Information included in the Reports Menu
The top section of the Reports Menu includes:
- Reports - viewing and building reports
- Settings - receiving and exporting reports
The bottom section of the Reports Menu lists custom reports that have been created in the Report Generator. See the section on the for more information on building custom reports:
Report Name | Report Description |
---|---|
My Reports | Reports that are assigned to you |
Your System Reports | Reports contained in the system you're using. Note: This will contain the name of the system you're logged in to |
Other Users Reports | Reports assigned to other individual users within the system |
Client Access Reports | Reports that are assigned to clients who've been given access to the Client Portal |
Reports will be listed in the order of the date they were created.
Note: Users require certain permissions to be able to view Organisation reports, Other Users’ reports and Client Access Reports. More information about User Permissions can be found in the System Configuration module.
The left-hand sidebar includes shortcuts to different reporting screens. On any reporting screen, the following shortcuts will be available:
