The System Reports section of Equinox includes various built-in reports that can be used to find general, useful data that helps users manage tasks, cases and deadlines etc.

 


To view System Reports click on the Reports tab > select System Reports.

There are 6 different categories of System Reports. 

  • Case Reports
  • Task Reports
  • Family Reports
  • Audit Reports
  • Data Checking Reports
  • Document Report 

 

When viewing the available reports on the System Reports screen, each report includes a description of the information it will pull from the system.

 

The table below includes a list of the default System Reports

 

Note: The name of the reports may vary slightly if your system has customised the title of certain fields within Equinox.

‘Renewal’ type tasks ordered by due date

Last/Next Task

The last Task done and the next Task due per client

Family Reports

Cases with no Family

Cases that are not linked to a Family

Client Families

List of Families per Client

Family Status Report

Breakdown of Family members per Client

Audit Reports

Cases with no live Tasks

Live Cases with no live Tasks

Cases with outstanding Pre-set prompts

Cases with outstanding pre-set prompts that have not been run or discarded.

Tasks not belonging to the Case Fee Earner

Tasks assigned to users that are not the Fee Earner on a case.

Cases with no Priority but additional priorities

Cases with no earliest priority that have additional priorities

Data Checking Reports

Recently Modified Cases

Cases that have been modified over a specified date range

Case Checking

A list of cases, including whether they have been checked

Applicant Checking

A list of applicants and whether they have been checked

Document Reports

Outstanding/Unread documents

All documents with a status of ‘Outstanding’ or ‘Unread’
