You can customise the case fields used on the Case Details screen.
Below is a list of commonly used case fields that are often included in the case layout by default.
Case Field Name | Description |
Case Code | This is assigned to the case during set-up and is therefore not normally changed. However, it can be changed by clicking on the 'Edit' link. |
Client | This is assigned during the case set-up and is the contact that is billed for the case. The location that pays the case invoices is also displayed on this line next to ‘Bills to’. |
Users | There can be up to four users assigned a role on a case. Typically, these are called:

Status | Case statuses let you track the progress of a case. Select the status from the dropdown list. See our Case Status Glossary for more information. |
Titles | There are three title fields that can be included on a case:

Country Code (CC) | This is the official ISO two-character country code, sometimes referred to as ‘CC’ in various parts of the system. You can enter the code manually or select the name from the dropdown list. |
Image | This field is generally used for Trade marks and Registered Designs and allows you to upload a relevant image (displayed on the right of the screen). |
