On cases with a country code of WA/WO/WP users will have a field called ‘Designated Cases’ on the Details tab. 

Note: If this field is not visible it can be added via the Change Case Layout option. Or contact our Support team to enable this field.

When this field is enabled, designated states need to be recorded before the National Rights tool can be run.

To record designated states:

1. Click the ‘Edit’ button on the right of the field

2. Select countries.

• Countries are broken into categories to help navigate. 
• Apply a filter on whether countries are in the Madrid Protocol and Madrid Agreement.

3. Click ‘Update’ to save the information.

The country codes that have been selected will be displayed in this field and can be edited at a future date.
