This option enables users to see a preview of how the postal address would appear within correspondence from the information that has been entered in the following Location fields:
Organisation Name & Address
Post Code (Sometimes this is hidden and entered in the Organisation Name field)
Country
- Go to the Address Book and click on an Organisation
- Click on ‘Show Full Address’ in the left hand menu
- The Address is displayed beneath the country field in the Details section
- Click ‘Hide Full Address’ to remove this again
To pull the Full Address into correspondence use the merge codes below:
