Organisation Statistics is only available for Client Organisations. This option takes users to a screen that displays some built in graphs about the cases and finances where this contact is a client. The following graphs are available:
Graph | Description |
Cases | This graph displays the number and percentage of cases per case category that have been created for the client. |
Matters Added Per Quarter | This displays the number of cases created for the client each quarter. |
Charges Logged Per Quarter | This displays the amount of charges added to the clients cases each quarter. |
Matters Closed Per Quarter | This displays the number of cases closed each quarter for the client. |
Charges Billed Per Quarter | This displays the amount of charges billed each quarter for the client. |
