To add an additional client to a case:
- Go to the case you want to update
- Click the Contacts tab
- Click the Clients tab
- Click the Add Additional Client button on the top right of the screen
- This takes you to the Add Contacts page
- Enter the organisation details
- Select the organisation location from the dropdown menu
- Enter the contact’s reference for the case (optional
- Click the Add Contact button
Additional clients are displayed at the bottom of the Clients section of the Contacts tab.
