To add an additional client to a case:

  1. Go to the case you want to update
  2. Click the Contacts tab
  3. Click the Clients tab
  4. Click the Add Additional Client button on the top right of the screen
  5. This takes you to the Add Contacts page
  6. Enter the organisation details
  7. Select the organisation location from the dropdown menu
  8. Enter the contact’s reference for the case (optional
  9. Click the Add Contact button


Additional clients are displayed at the bottom of the Clients section of the Contacts tab.
