To edit/update an existing contact that has been linked to a case:


  1. Go to the Contact tab
  2. Click the pencil icon
  3. Click ‘Edit/Update Contact on case’
  4. Make any changes
  5. Click ‘Save’

 

Note: it is not possible to add Official Offices. Please contact our Support team to request a new Official Office or speak to our team about using Authorities instead.
