This article outlines how to move from using Official Offices to Authorities.
Before this functionality can be enabled, your system must use Correspondence Management and Smart Templates.
Note: The Authorities functionality replaces the Official Offices functionality. Both options cannot be used in the same Equinox system.
- Contact our support team at support@workanyware.co.uk to request the change
- We will set up the existing Official Offices as Authorities within your Address Book
- We will create a generic person (sir/Madam) to be available for correspondence on relevant cases
- The Authorities will be added to relevant cases based on the country
- You can then start customising and setting up your own Authorities
