Emails that have been saved to Equinox through the plugin will be assigned the category ‘EquinoxSaved’ in Outlook. This lets you easily see which emails have been saved to Equinox. The category will be visible within the folder and within the individual email.

Categorising emails with the outgoing correspondence functionality

Note: This section only applies if you are using our outgoing correspondence functionality.

Smart email templates generated from Equinox are automatically saved to the matter when:

1. The email has been sent

AND

2. The associated task is marked as 'Done'. These emails will also display the 'EquinoxSaved' category.
