Marking a renewal as complete
The last steps in the renewal process are to:
Confirm the renewal has been completed
Generate the next renewal due date (if applicable).
When the renewal has been completed, use the Confirm Complete option in the Complete/Move-on box in the progress bar.
What happens when further renewals are due for a case
If further renewals are due for this case, Equinox will display a pop-up that lets you generate the next renewal due date.
These are the same details that are shown when you generate the first due date in Equinox.
Note: It's important to verify the information suggested by the Equinox country law before generating the next renewal, and to amend this if necessary.
When you click Next Renewal, a new due date will be generated on Equinox, and the previous due date will be marked as complete.
All due dates are still accessed via the Renewals case tab.
What happens when no further renewals are due
When you complete a due date and no further renewals are due for the case, you'll see this message:
If this is correct, click Confirm End of Life to complete the previous renewal, and no further renewals will generate.
If you believe this is incorrect, please contact the Equinox Client Services team
