View data by country
The map provides a visual overview of which countries your client's cases are in.
When your client clicks on a country on the map, a pop-up appears with the relevant cases for that country. They can see basic information about cases based there.
To view more data about a case, your clients should click the name of the case they want more details about. For more information on viewing individual case information in Client Access, see our article on viewing case information on Client Access.
Example - Viewing all Canadian cases
In this example, we want to view all of our Canadian cases. To do this:
From the world map on the dashboard, click on Canada
A pop up will appear that lists all of your Canadian cases
If you want to view more details about a case, click on Attorney Ref. The Client Access portal will then show you more case details.
Advanced map customisation
Your clients can customise the map by clicking Change display. The change display button opens a pop-up that lets them choose:
What categories they want to see
What case statuses they want to see
Your clients can customise these preferences further by clicking the Advanced button. This expands the pop-up to show further case statuses, which are divided into:
Statuses Live
Statuses Closed
