This block's contents change based on the following factors:
A case hasn't been matched to the register yet
A case has matched and there are no differences
A case has matched and there are outstanding differences
1. Unmatched case display
When Equinox finds a case it can't match to any existing cases in any PTO registers, the case details tab looks like this:
You'll see a red box on the right hand-side of the screen that says PTO Link: Match not found. There's a green Resolve to the right of this message, from which you will be able to manually search for the corresponding official office record and link the case manually.
2. Matched case display with no differences
When the Equinox case has no outstanding differences with the PTO record, a green box will display on the right hand-side of the case with the wording 'PTO Link: 0 differences'. 
3. Matched case display with outstanding differences
When the Equinox case has outstanding differences with the PTO record, the link status box on the case details tab looks like this:
By clicking Resolve, you will be taken to the outstanding differences page where you can review and handle the outstanding differences. For more information, see our article on resolving differences.
4. PTO search not run
When we've not yet run a search against the PTO for a particular case, Equinox displays a red box on the top right of the screen with the message PTO Link: Not run.
Clicking the green Manage button to the right of the message takes you to the PTO Differences page for that case.
The red box on the left-hand side of the page displays the status of the case in relation to PTO data. As the case is not yet linked to the PTO, Equinox will attempt to link this case to a PTO entry at the next sync.
If you want to manually link and check the case, click the green Check PTO Now button.
If you don't want Equinox to automatically link this case at the next sync, click the grey Disable button.
