Configure Pre-set Rules to Link to EPO Documents
To configure pre-set rules to link to EPO documents:
Go to System > PTO Notification Pre-set Links
Click Create Link to configure a new rule
Enter your PTO link Details on the next page. The details you should include are:

You'll be taken back to the All PTO Links page. You'll see your newly-created link listed on the page. Equinox will display a notice saying 'Created New Link' on the bottom right of the screen.
Configure Document Concatenation
The Concatenation Settings field lets you merge multiple documents from an EPO communication into a single document.
To concatenate the documents, you need to:
Enter:
The document name
The document filetype
Comma separated without any spaces
Click the Update button
Next time you receive a piece of EPO correspondence that includes these specified documents, Equinox will concatenate them into a single document. The documents will be concatenated in the order specified in the Concatenation Settings field.
If you don't want to concatenate the documents for this type of EPO correspondence, don't put any information in the Concatenation Settings field.
