You'll also see a message in the bottom right of the screen confirming that your import was successful
EPO Mailbox API
To use the EPO Mailbox API, you first need to configure the API in your system.
Each night, Equinox automatically checks for any new unhandled communications in you EPO mailbox.
The communications are:
1. Imported into Equinox
2. Marked as handled.
For every new communication you receive, an entry is created in the PTO Notifications section of Equinox. Cases are linked based on the application number, and you'll see suggested pre-sets based on what you have set up in PTO Notification Preset Links.
You can move onto processing the notifications straight away.
Check EPO Mailbox API
You can check the API for new communications at any time by clicking the Check EPO Mailbox API button on the top right of the screen.
