What does the EPO Mailbox integration do?
The EPO Mailbox integration lets you:
Receive EPO mailbox communications directly in Equinox
Mark these communications as handled
Trigger corresponding pre-sets and deadlines
How many ways of importing EPO Mailbox communications are there?
Equinox has two methods of importing EPO Mailbox notifications:
Receive updates automatically via the EPO Mailbox API
Manually import EPO Mailbox ZIP file downloads
See this article to read more about both ways to import EPO Mailbox notifications.
How do I configure my Equinox system so I can use the EPO Mailbox API?
To use the EPO Mailbox API, you'll first need to configure it in your Equinox system.
Note: You'll need to be using the EPO's latest mailbox for this to work.
No additional configuration is needed to import EPO Mailbox ZIP file exports. This will work with both the old and new EPO mailboxes.
How do I configure pre-set rules for receiving EPO communications in Equinox?
You can configure pre-set rules for how your EPO communications are handled in Equinox, including:
- How pre-sets are applied
- How documents are concatenated
How do I process notifications once they're in my system?
Notifications are processed in the same way regardless of if they were downloaded via the API or manually. Our document on processing EPO notifications has more information on how to do this.
Where can I see all PTO notifications in my system?
