Go to System > System Preferences
Go to the PTO Integrations tab
In the PTO Notification Settings, enter the client ID and client secret.
Note: Both of these pieces of information will be provided to you by the EPO.To obtain the credentials from the EPO, you need to request for credentials needs to be made to from the client. The B2B user must then be authorised in the Admin area of MyEPO Portfolio for ‘Mailbox Access’.Select whether your server is Test or Live. This depends on whether you're using credentials for your production EPO mailbox account, or if you have credentials for an EPO Sandbox.
When you've saved your credentials, you'll see a Test button to the right of the EPO Mailbox API Server dropdown field. Click this button to test whether or not your credentials are configured correctly.
If your credentials are configured correctly, you'll see a green box with a tick to the right of the 'Test' button. The box contains the text 'Credentials valid'.
Or
If your credentials are not configured correctly, you'll see a red box with a cross to the right of the 'Test' button. The box contains the text 'Credentials invalid - potential problem with Client ID, Client Secret or API Server'.
