Integration Summary
The PAVIS integration is an API based integration that allows renewals to be managed and instructed from within Equinox. The integration provides two-way data transfer and full audit logging, and is designed to automate typically manual interactions in the renewals process.
Integration Workflow
The integration provides two-way data transfer. The table below summarises the interactions that take place as part of the integration.

Integration Setup Process
You must be onboarded as a PAVIS client before you are able to use the integration. During the integration onboarding, PAVIS will check exports of your data to ensure the data contains the required information and is in a suitable format. For more information on the data requirements, please see article PAVIS Data Requirements. After the PAVIS data onboarding has been completed, the Equinox team will activate the integration on your system.
