Manually completing a renewal
When the renewal has been completed by PAVIS, you can complete the renewal in Equinox and generate the next renewal due date. To do this, use the 'Check if Complete' option in the progress bar:
If the renewal has been completed by PAVIS, you will receive a screen like below, advising that the case is ready to move on to the next renewal:
Click Next Renewal to complete the existing renewal due date and to generate the next renewal.
If the renewal has not yet been completed by PAVIS, you will receive a message informing you it is not yet complete:
In this scenario it is advisable to wait for the renewal to be confirmed completed by PAVIS, but you can use the 'Force Complete' button if you would like to mark the due date as complete and generate the next renewal.
Automatic completion of a renewal
The Enable Automatic Move-On setting in Renewals > Annuities Provider Integration Settings allows renewals to be automatically completed and moved-on when the renewal has been completed by PAVIS, rather than needing to do it manually. With this setting enabled you will not need to mark a renewal as complete or manually generate the next due date, this will happen automatically. The due date that gets created will be the next due date according to the Equinox country laws.
