| PAVIS Integration | Updated the PAVIS integration so that when a renewal is marked as: Abandon, Allow to Lapse, Managed by Others, or Switched from PAVIS, Equinox now consistently sends an additional Import API request to deactivate the associated asset in PAVIS. This ensures that in all applicable scenarios, any open payment order is cancelled as before, and the linked PAVIS asset is also correctly set to inactive (“deleted”). |
| XML Case Import | Fixed issue where blank contacts could be imported when XML files contained non-English text. The import process now correctly retrieves English-language contact entries only. |
