System AreaImprovement
PTO Comparison ToolPTO Comparison now supports Utility Model cases, allowing users to compare Equinox data against the relevant Patent Office records and review suggested updates before applying them.

To enable this functionality, ensure the relevant Case Subcategory Group is named 'Utility'. 

This can be configured under System > Case Categories > Case Subcategories. Once saved, the subcategory will be recognised as the system default.

PTO Import & Comparison Tool A new setting is available to ignore differences in letter casing when comparing case titles during PTO Comparison and Import. This helps reduce unnecessary differences where the only variation is the use of upper or lower case characters.


To enable this option, navigate to System > System Preferences > PTO Integrations > Comparison & Import Settings, and enable the checkbox 'Disable Case-Sensitive Comparison in Title'.

DocumentsResolved a display issue where document custom field dropdowns displayed the stored ID rather than the selected value on the case Documents tab.
RenewalsResolved an issue in Bulk Processing mode where Costs and Quotes entered in a non-system default currency did not correctly convert the cost amount.
PTO Comparison & ImportFixed an issue where Utility Model application numbers imported from the PTO included an incorrect trailing "U" character.
BudgetsResolved an error that could occur when assigning a family with no family members to a budget.
Special Reports

Fixed an issue where hyperlinks did not function correctly when Special Reports were exported to Excel. 

Renewals
Resolved an issue where repeatedly clicking the Add or Update button in Renewals could create duplicate charge records before the page had finished processing.
