System AreaImprovement
USPTO FormsAdded support for generating the USPTO Application Data Sheet (ADS) form through Equinox correspondence templates.

To enable this feature, navigate to System > System Preferences > Documents > Fillable Forms and select Enable PTO Forms (Beta).

Once enabled, users can:
• View and download blank USPTO forms under System > System Templates > PTO Forms.
• Generate an ADS form from the Contacts tab of a case by selecting PTO Forms from the correspondence type dropdown, followed by Application Data Sheet (ADS). This creates a Smart Correspondence task for the user to complete.

For users on the Central US server, the ADS form can be generated with relevant case data automatically populated. Users on other servers can generate and complete the form manually.
Case Access RestrictionsAdded policy templates to Case Access Restrictions, allowing administrators to create reusable sets of rules and rule overrides.

A new Template option is available under System > Case Access Restrictions, alongside the existing Permissions Role, Team and User policy types.

Administrators can configure templates with their own rules and rule overrides, which can then be copied into existing policies.

A new Copy From option is available in the Rules and Rule Overrides sections when editing a Permissions Role, Team or User policy. This allows administrators to copy rules from an existing policy or template, reducing the need to configure the same restrictions multiple times.

Please note: Copying rules or rule overrides will replace all existing rules or rule overrides in the selected section of the destination policy.
REST API v2The REST API v2 has been expanded with additional routes to support updating Locations, managing Statutory Contacts, and creating, updating and deleting Matter Inventors and Inventor Rewards.

RenewalsAdded a Complete column to all standard Renewals reports, available under System > Renewals.

This allows users to identify renewal periods that have not yet been completed and may require further attention.
Client Access v2Improved the display of Trademark Goods text in the Cases view of Client Access v2. Longer Goods descriptions can now be expanded and collapsed, making them easier to view and navigate.
Data ShareAdded a Matter Set-Up Date Range filter to Data Share, giving law firms greater control over which cases are shared with their corporate clients' Equinox systems.

This allows users to filter shared cases by their set-up date, providing greater flexibility when managing the portfolios shared between systems.
